Washington, DC
I love Persiano Gallery because they have a great selection of rugs, lighting and furniture. If you’re going to the Rockville Pike location, don’t be fooled by the size of the store when you pull in the parking lot. There are several other showrooms on the same site and the owner, John, will take the time to show you everything you want to see. We bought two rugs there that have changed the whole look of our living and dining rooms. John’s sense of design is great and his ideas were super helpful as we considered different options. Highly recommend.

I needed furniture for my family room, so I went back to John at Persiano Gallery, who had previously designed my dining and living rooms. He helped create a floor plan and picked pieces that fit my style, the space, and my budget. The furniture looks perfect, and I couldn’t have done it without his help. My husband was surprised and asked, “What did you do to this room? It looks so much bigger!” I highly recommend John for furniture, rugs, lighting, and more. He’s skilled, detail-oriented, and worth every penny. Thanks, John!

Working with Jon has been a pleasure. I never realized how much difference a skilled designer could make in decorating our new home. We loved almost everything Jon showed us—rugs, couches, chairs, a desk, and more. He visited our home to see the rooms we needed to furnish and understand our tastes, all without charge or pressure. It felt like shopping with a friend. The selection at their three locations is amazing, offering unique items you won’t find in big-box stores. I’m so glad we met Jon that day by chance. I highly recommend Jon and his team at Persiano Gallery—truly the best!
